Surface Mount PIN Diode


The SMP1371-087LF is a surface mountable PIN diode suitable for use in an RF switch or attenuator circuit.

Maximum resistance at 10 mA is 0.5 Ω and maximum capacitance at 20 V is 1.2 pF. The combination of low capacitance, low parasitic inductance, low thermal resistance, and nominal 12 μm I-region width, makes the SMP1371-087LF useful in fast, large signal switch applications.

The device has a 2 W dissipation power rating, which makes it capable of handling up to 23 W Continuous Wave (CW) and 300 W peak (1 μs pulse, 1 percent duty cycle) in a shunt-connected transmit/receive (T/R) switch.
